Your First Chiropractic Visit
Your first appointment costs £90 and this includes your first treatment (if appropriate).
We will email you all the forms you need to fill in. If you don't manage to do them before then please arrive ten minutes early to complete them at the clinic.
Your first visit will normally last approximately 45 minutes.
During this time we will look into your full case history, followed by a thorough physical, orthopaedic, neurological and postural examination.
You will not need to get undressed but please wear or bring appropriate clothes for the area to be examined, i.e. shorts, gym gear.
X-rays or MRI are very rarely necessary at this stage, but, if we feel they are, we can arrange this. However, if you have recently had any of these, please bring this with you.
At the end of the visit, we will provide you with a comprehensive treatment plan, which may include exercises and massage therapy. The number of sessions you will need and how often you have them will depend on your particular condition.
Your chiropractor will discuss carrying out further investigations or may refer you to your GP if your condition doesn't improve. Chiropractors don’t prescribe medicines or carry out any surgery.

From Canary Wharf and Heron Quays: enter the glass building on 25 Bank Street with Obika Cafe inside. Walk through and come out on the opposite side at a footbridge.
We are on the other side the footbridge, two doors to the left with a blue sign.
Driving:
There is 2 hour free parking available directly behind the clinic.
Entrance to the carpark is on Admiral's Way at the end furthest from the Hilton Hotel on Marsh wall Road. You need to pass a security barrier that is attended.
