Gary has over 20 years in clinical experience.
He has been in practice since 1999 after successfully completing a six-year Master’s Degree. His course covered the areas of human sciences, biochemistry, diagnostic imaging, manipulation and wellness care. Since graduation, he has kept up to date with the latest developments, particularly in the field of pelvic biomechanics, postural correction, work-related ergonomics and cranial correction.
Gary has built up a large, successful Dockland's practice based largely on personal referral, working on the philosophy that educating patients gives them the best long-term results.
His treatment techniques include diversified technique, SOT (Sacral Occipital
Technique), Craniopathy, Myofascial dry needling, acupuncture and core stability exercise.

Stavros graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic following a four-year course covering physiology, diagnosis and diagnostic imaging, manipulation and wellness care. Since then, he has kept up with the latest developments in chiropractic and incorporates a combination of Diversified adjusting technique, Active Release Technique, muscular acupuncture (dry needling) and neuro-mobilization methods.
Stavros believes in educating patients and gives corrective postural exercises to help maintain joint health and minimise the wear and tear caused by habitual poor posture such as prolonged sitting and desk work. Education and understanding underpin all of his work, ensuring patients are given the chance to fully engage in their care. Stavros’s approach allows many factors of the patient's life to be addressed, providing a holistic picture and giving longevity to their return to health.
Having worked all over the UK and having held international posts, Stavros has mentored under some of the finest chiropractors and brings a wealth of experience to his practice. Stavros enjoys seeing a large range of people and treatment is individually tailored to the patient, whether they are younger or older, sedentary, or competing in elite sport.
Stavros is a member of the United Chiropractic Association and is registered with the General Chiropractic Council.

BSc(Hons) MSc DC LRCC
With over 20-years clinical experience, Guthrie graduated from The Anglo European College of Chiropractic in 1999 with a 2.1 honours degree followed by a one year MSc in Chiropractic. Following that he completed a one-year postgraduate diploma in Chiropractic (DC) and gained extensive experience working around the UK.
Originally from Guernsey, in 2005 Guthrie opened his own practice on the island which has been running successfully for 15 years and continues to thrive under his direction.
Keeping up to date with the latest developments in his field, Guthrie has attended numerous CPD educational events in the UK & Europe – with a particular focus on rehabilitation and pain management.
He enjoys yoga, running and is a keen sailor - regularly competing in inshore, offshore and ocean races in the UK, Europe and further afield.
As well as working at myChiro, Guthrie is undertaking a Post Graduate course in
Medical Illustration at Guy’s Hospital. This is a huge opportunity to pursue a lifelong passion for illustration and combine it with a love of communicating complex ideas on human physiology and sciences.
